RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your YOUUOY purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer:

  • Returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery
  • Original condition with tags attached
  • Free return shipping for exchanges
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

To initiate a return or exchange, email returns@youuoy.com with your order number.

Note: Custom orders are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
